Middletown Home Sales Inc. Finish Carpenter Location: Fairmont, WV Middletown Homes is looking for skilled Finish Carpenters to join our growing construction team. As a Finish Carpenter, you'll bring craftsmanship and precision to every home we build. This is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your skills while contributing to high-quality modular and manufactured homes for families across West Virginia. As a Finish Carpenter, you'll work on both new builds and existing homes, completing trim, cabinetry, doors, and other detailed interior finishes that define the quality of a home. You'll also assist with general carpentry, flooring, and other finish trade work as needed. Responsibilities • Install and repair trim, baseboards, and moldings. • Hang doors and perform general carpentry tasks. • Install and repair drywall, vinyl flooring, tile, and carpet. • Support plumbing, painting, and punch-list completion tasks. • Maintain craftsmanship, timelines, and budgets with minimal supervision. • Work safely and effectively in varied weather conditions. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of carpentry or related construction experience (required). • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required). • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long hours in field conditions. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and craftsmanship. • Positive attitude, high integrity, and strong communication skills. • Willingness to occasionally travel for projects (company covers costs). • Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screening, consistent with WV and federal law. What We Offer • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time.
