Requirements • Proven 10+ years experience in construction with a focus on carpentry skills. • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures. • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. • Experience with various aspects of the restoration industry is preferred. • Strong skills in woodworking, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation. • Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. • A valid driver's license may be required based on job site locations.
