Helper/Apprentice • Support senior and junior carpenters in all phases of construction work. • Pick up, move, and organize materials on-site. • Perform site cleanup and maintain a tidy workspace. • Assist with framing, drywall, and minor installations as directed. Qualifications: • No prior experience required; a strong desire to learn and grow is essential. • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. • Reliable transportation to job sites in the DMV area. • Positive attitude and willingness to take on any task. Maintenance/Property Manager • Perform routine maintenance and repairs for residential properties, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general carpentry. • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for specialized repairs. • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property owners promptly. • Keep properties clean and well-maintained, including landscaping and exterior upkeep. • Maintain records of completed work and property updates. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance or related roles. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, carpentry, and general repairs. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
