Learn more about us at www.greenmountainconstructiongroup.com Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of carpenters and laborers in daily jobsite activities. • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Oversee framing, drywall, doors/windows, flooring, and general carpentry tasks. • Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. • Ensure job site safety and compliance with OSHA and company regulations. • Maintain tools and manage materials on site. • Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors. • Train entry-level carpenters and contribute to team development. Qualifications • Prior experience in commercial construction carpentry is required. • Must provide their own basic tools. • Proven ability to lead or mentor a small crew is preferred. • Blueprint reading and layout skills. • Familiarity with construction technology (tablets, apps, digital plans) is a plus. • Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and team collaboration. • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be willing to travel.
