Your Responsibilities Will Include: Performing replacement window installations, including all associated framing, siding, and metal wrap work. Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining appropriate stock levels in the company vehicle. Communicating effectively with key personnel, vendors, and customers. Meeting all project deadlines in a timely manner. Collecting payments or payment information from customers upon job completion. Maintaining the company vehicle and equipment in a clean, well-serviced, and good working condition. Completing necessary documentation, such as invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports. Undertaking other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related areas. Job Requirements: Must successfully pass a background check and have the ability to drive. Demonstrated prior experience in all aspects of building and service is essential. Proficiency in accurate measurement and the use of tape measures and levels is required. The ability to mentor and train newer technicians in your areas of expertise is highly valued. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing is considered a plus. Comfort and proficiency in using tablet-based technology are necessary. • Excellent communication skills are a must.
