Responsibilities: • Layout & Install Light-Gauge • Metal Framing • Installing Exterior Facade- Channeling, & connections on Metal buildings • Utilize Lifts, ladders, & other means of attaining height to complete project needs • Review blueprints with Journeyman identifying building code specifications to determine work details and procedures • Assist journeyman with the installation of new or replacement Mechanical Components or materials • Assist in the Install, repair, and maintenance of fixtures, building components or contents • Assist with unloading and carrying materials to and from the designated locations • Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist with the Mechanical Installations on-site as assigned daily • Collaborate with team leads & foreman in the completion of various Projects around the site • Maintain safety practices at all times Maintain a clean work environment • Assist in Material handling and maneuvering around the site Qualifications: • Be at least 18 years of age • Valid ID required 3 plus years as a Construction Carpenter in Industrial or commercial settings is Preferred • Ability to assist Journeyman with related helper/labor duties • Ability to perform task assigned related to Carpentry Needs around the Project • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation • Prior experience in the Mechanical field (required) • Prior experience using Mechanical component Prep tools (preferred) TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
