Seeking experienced carpenter in Sumter, SC Job Overview • Commercial carpenter needed to make repairs in retail stores • Must be self-starter, reliable, team player, computer & smart phone skills, and good with paperwork systems. • Experience required in all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP. Work also includes steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures. Commercial construction experience desired. • Must be a good problem solver and have excellent people skills. • Hourly position with 40 hours a week, W2 at the end of the year. • Occasional travel required. Hotel and per diem provided. • Some overtime required. Some 24/7 on-call service required. Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead - SOSC

Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead Duration: 12 Months Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead to work on complex, change-oriented initiatives within the healthcare domain. This role offers the opportunity to design and execute robust testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of reliable and stable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Perform testing on technical solutions to identify and resolve issues. • Develop test plans, QA processes, and UAT procedures for product management and software development teams. • Maintain SDLC traceability from requirements to test cases and components. • Design and execute user interface and regression testing. • Test software for reliability, stability, and usability, including negative testing. • Create and run automated test scripts; manage deployment of tests. • Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution. • Prepare quality assurance documentation and status reports. • Follow established software testing governance policies and recommend process improvements. • Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections in alignment with governance standards. Required Skills: • 5+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios. • 5+ years building test cases and scenarios into test systems. • 3+ years of in-depth healthcare operations knowledge (preferably Medicaid). • 3+ years communicating and publishing test status reports, including detailed issue documentation. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with formal test design tools. Preferred Skills: • 5+ years in large enterprise or e-business systems. • 3+ years with manual/automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence. • 3+ years in both waterfall SDLC and Agile delivery environments. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, healthcare, or related field (experience may substitute for degree). Certifications: • Technical or Project Management certifications preferred but not required.
