Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be skilled in HVAC systems, high voltage maintenance, and the use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). This role requires effective supervision of maintenance staff, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities • Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions. • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities, schedule repairs, and manage inventory of parts and supplies. • Fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades using appropriate tools and techniques. • Maintain high voltage electrical systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all operations. • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. • Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the maintenance department. Requirements • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance or facilities management environment. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, high voltage maintenance, and general building systems. • Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking work orders and inventory management. • Ability to read schematics and perform troubleshooting on electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
