Experience • Proven experience in carpentry or labor-intensive roles within the construction industry is preferred. • Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, CNC operation, and blueprint reading is advantageous. • Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry work. • Knowledge of caulking techniques, construction estimating, mold remediation practices, and concrete forming is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
