Salary: $22-24 per hour; dependent upon experience We are currently looking for a carpenter to assist our Resort Construction Project Lead in remodeling and updating homes we currently manage as well as new homes coming into our program. Requirements include: • Carpentry experience • Knowledge of using power tools • Clean driving record • Non-smoker • Ability to lift 100 lbs • Availability Monday - Friday for 8-hour shifts (times may vary daily) This is a full time position and includes benefits as follows: • Paid time-off: accrued at a rate of 40 hours in the first year, 80 hours in the second year, and 120 hours each year following; • Medical Insurance: offered to each employee working 30+ hours/week. • 401k retirement plan that matches up to 4% of the income you invest (eligible after one year of employment); • Overtime pay for hours worked above 40 hours/week.
