Overview We are seeking a Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction, including installation of shingle and metal roofs, vinyl/wood siding, decks, patios, framing, concrete, fencing, ect. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site safety and the ability to operate hand tools and some equipment effectively. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. Specifically knowledgeable in structural framing & leveling. Consideration will be given to all related skills in the remodeling space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work on various projects from mitigation tear out & rebuilds to new construction projects. This role requires proficiency in multiple construction techniques, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities • Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship. • Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as needed for various tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. • Install stud framing and drywall in accordance with project plans. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, tile masons, electricians, plumbers & other trade specialties. • Ability to work efficiently based on directives given by estimators & project managers with assistance and oversight from team leads. • Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored • Communicate effectively with leadership & team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
