The ideal candidate has experience welding and fabricating aluminum extrusion and sheet metal—and is comfortable working with tools, prepping for paint, and assisting with installations. Bonus if you also have: ✔️ Sign industry or painting experience ✔️ Experience with aerial lift equipment Requirements: Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Monday–Friday availability (8 AM–4:30 PM) We will consider the right candidate for part-time or full time work.
