MIG Welder/Fabricator

A small manufacturing company is seeking a Fitter/Fabricator Welder to work in our production shop. Must have AWS certification in steel wire/MIG welding, with experience in fabricating from plans and shop drawings. Requirements: • AWS certifications D1.1 (steel, MIG - dual shield). • At least three years of shop fabrication/welding experience. • Ability to read plans and work from shop drawings. • Must have clean driving record, to be able to drive company vehicles (provide DMV printout) and be comfortable/competent to occasionally drive a 20' trailer with steel. • Willing to occasionally to travel for field work is preferred. • We are a non-smoking, family friendly shop. For this full-time position, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who excels both independently and in teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of welding projects by interpreting blueprints, following detailed instructions, preparing and welding components for our tools, and fostering a safe and efficient work atmosphere. Welding Helper

We're looking for someone to join our small Metal Fabrication team, to help with fabrication of specialty towers. We are looking for someone with prior shop or manufacturing experience, comfortable accurately measuring parts to cut, drill and assemble. The position will involve carefully reviewing and completing written Work Orders in the shop, including prepping metal components, as well as cleaning and painting when completed. Attention to detail, and a willingness to 'do the job right' are crucial to our work. You must be comfortable working with and moving heavy components (steel is not light!), and working around the typical welding shop environment. Steel-toed shoes are required. We're looking for someone who is humble, and hungry to learn and grow professionally. We encourage our team to learn what their natural strengths are, and to hopefully become great with them.
