What Youll Do Perform high-quality welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and flux-core processes. Review blueprints and welding symbols to guide production. Inspect welds and finish work to meet company and customer quality standards. Enforce and follow all safety rules while maintaining a safe work environment. Assist with training or offering guidance to less experienced welders when needed. Track materials, labor hours, and equipment needs as required. Troubleshoot problems and operate equipment as needed. Work collaboratively with fabricators and shop personnel to keep projects on schedule.
