Job Title: Tig Welder (50%) / Mig Welder (50%) Location: City of Industry, CA. Shift: Monday - Friday 5:45 AM to 2:30 PM Pay: $22.00 (DOE) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform MIG and TIG welding on Stainless Steel and Mild Steel materials. • Have knowledge and skill to weld Stainless, aluminize steel, galvanized metals, hot rolled and cold rolled steel • Operate fabrication and machine shop equipment. • Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality. • Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from workpieces. • Assemble workpieces according to job specifications. • Layout cut and fit details and assemblies from raw material. • Weld and inspect in accordance with customer, company and certification standards specifications • Check and inspect all details, assemblies and finished product for conformance to blueprint, sketch dimensions Requirements: • Minimum of 2+ years in Tig (90%) / Mig (10%) Welding • Must complete we Mig and Tig Weld test on 14, 16, 18, 22 gages • Have acute vision, depth perception with accommodation, good field of vision • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols and drawing
