Qualifications & Requirements • 3–5 years of professional marine welding experience (shipyard or marine repair facility preferred). • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. • Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions. • Skilled in using measuring tools, layout techniques, and metal preparation methods. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work. • Knowledge of marine safety regulations and shipyard operations. • Must pass a welding skills test prior to hire. • Reliable transportation and ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with occasional overtime. • Must pass drug screening and background check per hiring policy.
