This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The TIG Welder will work primarily in a construction site environment, ensuring that all welding tasks meet safety and quality standards. Duties • Perform TIG welding on various materials, primarily sheet metal, ensuring precision and quality. • Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints. • Utilize calipers and basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately. • Interpret schematics to understand project requirements and execute tasks accordingly. • Operate cranes and other machinery safely while moving materials around the worksite. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proven experience as a TIG Welder with a strong understanding of welding techniques. • Familiarity with machining processes is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Strong basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. • Experience working on construction sites is preferred. • Must be able to lift heavy materials as required by the job duties. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
