(I.E. NCCER Certification) • Effective communication skills • Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards • Must be willing to travel for short-term projects required (in and around the Michigan area). • Must pass post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation. • Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the workplace. • Must abide by job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.). • Must wear safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.). • Must be able to provide a valid driver’s license. • Must be able to obtain a TWIC card upon hire. • Must be able to pass a background check.
