You’ll perform a variety of precision welding and fabrication work for local and national clients — from industrial tooling to aerospace and defense components. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Set up welding machines based on job specifications • Determine welding requirements for each project • Perform MIG and TIG welding on tool steels, stainless components, dies, molds, fixtures, and assemblies • Handle tool & die repair, fabrication, and engineering change welding • Inspect and ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards • Use grinders, sanders, and finishing tools to complete welded parts • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace • Maintain and properly set up welding equipment • Report issues, malfunctions, or defective parts promptly • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to quality on every project Qualifications: • Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding processes, tooling, and materials • Ability to lift and move materials safely • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to work independently and within a team • Able to apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Trade school or welding certification is a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications is a plus Pay & Schedule: • Pay: Competitive pay based on experience • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • Full-Time / 40 hours per week • Overtime available: Saturday 7:00 - 11:00 AM Benefits: • BCBS Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Full-Time, Long-Term Employment • 401(k) with Employer Match • Paid Holidays and Vacation, Career Growth, and On-the-Job Training Work Location: In person Apply Today: Bring your skills, pride, and precision to a shop that values your craftsmanship. In this position, you will interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components and parts. This is an integral part of the construction process, as it provides a strong infrastructure foundation.
