Requirements: • 2-3 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience. • Proficient in pipe fitting, flux core welding, seal welding, and all-position welding techniques. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Skilled in assembling and fabricating components necessary for operational wastewater systems. • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials used in structural fabrication. • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively with minimal supervision. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. This position plays a key role in the fabrication of structural frames, machine bases, and precision components used in custom systems. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in MIG and TIG welding, comfortable interpreting mechanical drawings, and experienced working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical welding certification . • 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience, preferably in a custom machinery or automation environment.
