Responsibilities: Mig Welders • Prepare materials for production process • Read and interpret welding blueprints • Verify and inspect final weld assemblies to ensure product quality compliance • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and products using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of the finished product. This position requires physical strength, dexterity, and a commitment to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: • Perform welding tasks using different techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), to join or repair metal components. • Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate and precise fabrication. • Set up and operate welding equipment, including selecting proper welding tools, gases, and wire or electrode materials. • Inspect materials for defects and ensure they meet required specifications before starting the welding process. • Clean, prepare, and arrange metal surfaces to be welded, removing any impurities or contaminants. • Conduct welding tests to assess the quality of welds and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. • Maintain welding equipment by performing regular maintenance and repairs. • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. • Monitor inventory of welding materials and report any shortages or needed supplies to the supervisor. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
