Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and products using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of the finished product. 1st Shift MIG Welder

1st Shift MIG Welder Location - Gastonia Pay-$15-$17 DOE Monday-Friday Sets up and operates welding machines to perform welding of metal products. Operator should be able to make adjustments to machine and adjust set ups per the work instructions for each item. The Machine Operator is an hourly position subject to overtime pay, and reports to the Welding Lead Person. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements 2. Must set up machine by following parameters identified on work instructions 3. Meet or exceed production standards set to produce parts 4. Accurately complete production records 5.
