About the position Responsibilities • Safely operate welding machines following company guidelines, procedures, and training. • Safely operate propane/acetylene torch to prep product as needed. • Learn parts by part number and description. • Learn to weld parts to correct size and specs as specified in drawings and SOP's. • Safe usage of hand tools and power tools to grind materials when needed. • Practice good housekeeping by maintaining a clean and safe working environment. • Follow all company policies and standards. • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. • Use of overhead cranes to lift products where applicable. • Must pass a basic mig welding t-joint welding test at the time of the interview.
