The ideal candidate will have previous experience in various welding techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the layout, cutting and permanently joining metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques. • Conduct tests on welded parts to verify weld quality and conformance to specification. • Check parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications using proper gauges. Qualifications: • Ability to perform welding processes such as Mig and Tig. • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols and work order instructions. • Basic math skills. • Must be able to take verbal and written instructions and work from handmade sketches.
