Your Role: As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for assembling signage structures using aluminum and other materials. You’ll operate machinery, read technical drawings, and weld components to bring each sign to life. It’s a role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and works well in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Requirements • OSHA 10 certification or ability to complete OSHA 10 certification within first week of start date (company paid). • Able to lift 50 lbs. or more. • Able to kneel, crouch, bend over, and stand for more than 8 hours at a time. • Ability to communicate through both written and verbal communication. • 1-2 years experience with welding or in the construction industry. • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States and work weekends/holidays. • Able to assess safety hazards on job sites & use best judgment in dangerous situations All employment at Superior is contingent upon successfully completing a drug screen and background check.
