Job Description: Job Summary: Welds components by calculating requirements; studying metals; determining welding techniques; cleaning, preparing, cutting, burning and welding pieces. Duties and Responsibilities: • Make weld fixtures. • Work with minimal supervision. • Anticipate manufacturing problems and suggest solutions to those problems. • Do quality checks to meet specified standards prior to shipment to customer. • Show continuous improvement in skills and displays good attitude towards personal growth. • Show continued improvement in metal finishing. • Assist management as required. • Other duties as assigned.
