Job Summary: Will perform the daily set-up and preparation of components and/or weldments utilizing TIG and MIG in a variety of materials including stainless and aluminum. Track and electronically record duties. Utilize blueprints for set-up and inspection of parts to ensure customer specifications are met. Duties and Responsibilities: • Proven ability to TIG and MIG weld • Proven ability to read and utilize blueprints to complete tasks • Ability to use standard measuring devices • Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve to meet delivery dates within project hours • Inspect finished product • Utilize knowledge and skills in the following areas: • Electrical assembly • Hydraulic assembly • Pneumatic assembly • General assembly procedures • General equipment maintenance • Operate forklift, hoist and cranes • Adhere to company policies and safety requirements • Basic computer skills • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma, or equivalent, and successful completion of an internal welding test.
