Duties & Responsibilities • Follow blueprints to meet product specifications. • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications. • Understand welding machine operation. • Perform all functions associated with welding preparation and welding. • Conduct appropriate quality checks of equipment. • Determine correct machine settings and tolerances. • Monitors work environment for hazards and maintains healthy ventilation levels to avoid particle or gas inhalation. Requirements Education & Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred. • TIG welding experience preferred but not required. • Must have basic skill set to operate all welding tools safely and effectively. • Ability to work independently in a production-oriented environment. • Must be a team player. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (over 50 pounds).
