Job Title: Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled Welder for our 2nd shift team. This position involves MIG welding on mild steel, reading blueprints, and production-based welding. Essential Skills • 1 year of MIG welding experience. • Ability to read and interpret weld blueprints. • Experience in fabrication and grinding. • Proficiency with using a tape measure. Work Environment Join our team of 400 employees working across three shifts in a large facility. The 2nd shift operates from 2 pm to midnight, Monday to Thursday, with additional hours every Friday from noon to 9 pm and every other Saturday from noon to 9 pm. We offer a $3 premium for second shift workers. Expect consistent work through the third quarter, ensuring stability and growth in your role. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr. Growing rapidly as they diversify nicely into different industries: College and pro locker rooms, government, police stations, military, schools, grow industry. Growth opps to move up quickly into a Machine Op 2 that comes with a $1.50 raise Employee owned Direct placement Competitive benefits and insurance. 8 week training and a 90 day review Annual raises: 2-4% Goal sharing: monthly incentive based off of efficiency, delivery, safety and scrap. Spacesaver is currently recruiting for Welders on 1st Shift. This position is Full Time with a wage range starting at $21.00/hr.
