Job Title: MIG Welder - 1st and 2nd Shift Avialable Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding mild steel, interpreting blueprints, and engaging in production-based welding. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities • Perform welding tasks on mild steel. • Read and interpret welding blueprints accurately. • Engage in production-based welding processes. • Maintain high standards of safety and quality in welding operations. Essential Skills • Proficiency in MIG welding with at least 1 year of experience. • Ability to read and interpret weld blueprints with 1 year of experience. • Experience in fabrication and grinding techniques. • Skillful use of tape measures for precision. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Opportunities to train and grow into higher levels of welding expertise. • Capability to advance quickly into a Machine Operator 2 role. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our larger facility accommodates 400 employees over 3 shifts. The 2nd shift operates from 2pm to midnight Monday through Thursday, with additional hours every Friday from noon to 9pm, and every other Saturday from noon to 9pm. The busy work schedule is expected through Q3. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr. Growing rapidly as they diversify nicely into different industries: College and pro locker rooms, government, police stations, military, schools, grow industry. Shifts Available: Day shift: 4:00am-2:00pm Monday-Thursday Mid Shift: 2:00pm-12:00am Monday-Thursday • 48 hours/week: current mandatory overtime on Friday's with early release. Pay: $21.50-$26.00+/hour $3.00 premium for mid shift.
