Solar Lead Installer

```Duties``` - Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops according to blueprints and specifications. - Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and ensure structural integrity of the roof. - Install electrical wiring and equipment necessary for solar panel systems. - Connect solar panels to electrical systems, inverters, and batteries. - Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure proper functioning. - Provide maintenance and repair services for existing solar panel installations. - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and with electrical equipment. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of electrical systems, including both high voltage and low voltage wiring. - Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in solar panel installation. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. - Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Project Manager - Solar

Job Title: Project Manager - Solar Location: Massachusetts Target Start Date/Availability: January/February 2026 Rate: $50-$60/hour The Project Manager will support commercial and utility scale solar projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout. Initial assignments are in Central Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily execution of solar projects including scheduling, field coordination, installation oversight, and reporting • Lead planning, design reviews, and pre construction coordination • Oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors • Maintain schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning documents • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify quality, and support safety compliance • Lead project meetings with internal teams and subcontractors • Review submittals, equipment deliveries, and procurement timelines • Support permitting, utility coordination, interconnection, and commissioning activities • Drive testing, energization, punchlist completion, and final turnover • Identify risks and implement corrective actions Qualifications • Project management experience in solar, renewable energy, or MEP construction • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications • Strong subcontractor management and field coordination skills • Understanding of solar installation practices (racking, modules, wiring, inverters, trenching, interconnection) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools • Ability to work remotely and travel to project sites about 25 percent Preferred Experience • Commercial or utility scale solar EPC experience • Familiarity with regional interconnection requirements (ISO NE, PJM, etc.) • Background in energy efficiency or retrofit construction • Experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
