What You’ll Do • Install and wire solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties with precision and safety. • Take the lead on installing the latest energy bank systems. • Ensure all work meets local electrical codes, industry best practices, and company quality standards. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar installations to ensure peak performance and reliability. • Wire a variety of components including transformers, service panels, switches, breakers, and other electrical hardware. • Read blueprints and electrical schematics, applying trade tools and your expertise on every job. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and vehicle. What We’re Looking For • A valid Massachusetts Electrician License (required). • Willingness to obtain a Rhode Island Electrician License within six (6) months of hire (we’ll support you). • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • A collaborative mindset—you’ll work closely with team members across departments to ensure projects succeed.
