We’re looking for an Operations & Install Manager to lead our field and office teams with purpose, efficiency, and heart. What You’ll Do • Lead and Support Teams: Mentor and empower our Install, Service, Logistics, and Project Management teams to achieve collective goals. • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality solar installations. • Drive Performance & Improvement: Develop Standard Operating Procedures, track KPIs, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and safety. • Collaborate Across the Coop: Partner with the Management Team, HR, and Board of Directors to align operations with strategic goals. • Manage Budgets & Metrics: Support budgeting, expense review, and progress tracking to ensure operational and financial sustainability. • Foster Growth & Compliance: Oversee training, safety, and certification programs, including our in-house Electrical Apprenticeship Program, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
