You'll be responsible for generating your own leads while also meeting with homeowners during appointments scheduled for you by our Setter team. Responsibilities & Essential Functions • Perform physical installation of systems/equipment (including but not limited to wire management, mounting, and assembling). • Use power tools, ladders, digging equipment, and other tools while adhering to safety plans and guidelines. • Communicate with clients, supervisors, and other applicable stakeholders regarding project status. • Identify and resolve issues that arise during installations. • Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe. • Prepare job sites for installations. • Maintain security of equipment issued to each project and notify supervisor of discrepancies or damages. • Adhere to and enforce Site Safety Plans to ensure crew and own safety. Physical Requirements • Comfortable working extended hours in extreme environments/climate (cold, heat, wind, etc) (frequent). • Regularly encounter pitched roofs, at heights (with proper safety gear). • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and lifting (frequent). • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs. at a time (frequent). • Must be able to transport and drive for short and long distances for work related events/job sites and be able to travel with crew for occasional overnight, or multiple night, trips within our service area (including but not limited to: IL).
