Solar Service Technician

We’re growing fast and looking for a Service Technician to support our Solar Division, focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance checks of installed systems. If you love working with your hands, solving problems, and want to be part of the clean energy future, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do: • Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential solar PV systems • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on inverters, panels, and system components • Respond to customer service calls and troubleshoot system performance issues • Work closely with our installation and electrical teams to support quality and compliance • Document service activities, test results, and recommendations • Educate homeowners on system operations and best practices • Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer guidelines, and Greenlink quality standards What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, solar, or home service work (or relevant technical training) • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, meters, and safety disconnects • Comfort working on rooftops and with high-voltage equipment • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred (we can help you get certified if needed) • NABCEP certification or experience with Enphase/SolarEdge systems is a plus—but not required Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs • Comfortable working in various weather conditions • Ability to kneel, squat, bend, and use hand/power tools safely What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience • Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options • Opportunities for training and advancement • A supportive, mission-driven team environment • Meaningful work that supports cleaner energy and stronger communities About Greenlink Energy Solutions: At Greenlink, we’re on a mission to transform the way people power their homes.
