Primary Responsibilities • Install solar PV systems according to the design plans using a variety of panels, mounting hardware, and inverters • Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware • Mechanical/ structural/ install mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment • Electrical wiring of solar array/ systems (DC and AC) • Basic electrical wiring • Provide exceptional customer service experience to all customers • Travel is mandatory and will vary dependent on business needs Required Skills • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 2+ years of experience in general construction - solar industry not required • Experience reading building plans and equipment manuals, a plus • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements • Must be able to carry, push and pull up to 50+ pounds • Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work from heights • Prolonged periods of repetitious duties including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time.
