Mechanical Maintenance Technician Location: Williston, ND Job Type: Full-time Schedule: [Day shift / on-call] About the Role We are hiring a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and optimization of natural gas compressor engines and related equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient field operations. Responsibilities • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on compressor engines, pumps, coolers, and associated systems. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues using diagnostic tools and OEM guidelines. • Complete engine overhauls, component rebuilds, alignments, and compressor startups/shutdowns. • Conduct inspections and monitor compressor performance to maximize uptime and efficiency. • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and documentation. • Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, environmental). Job Title: Mechanical Foreman – Oil & Gas Facilities Build Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical Foreman to oversee mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction within the oil and gas facilities build environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, hands-on supervisory expertise, and a proven record in managing day-to-day operations on active job sites. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, sound technical skills, and a deep understanding of industry safety and quality standards.
