As a key member of our rental bike fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for completing required and preventative maintenance on our full suspension rental bikes. Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance and repairs on mountain bikes, including hydraulic brake bleeding, suspension servicing, and wheel building. • Apply knowledge of various bike types, focusing on full suspension systems. • Assist in managing the rental bike fleet, ensuring safety and shop organization. • Bleed hydraulic disc brakes. • Rebuild and service suspension forks and shocks. • Build and repair bicycle wheels. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • Previous experience specifically working with Hayes, Avid, Shimano, Formula, and Magura Hydraulic Disc Brakes.
