A signed “Statement of Understanding” recognizing these requirements is necessary. A maintenance vehicle will be provided for travel and transport of tools and supplies. • Safety: Follow safety practices at all times, including proper lifting, using the right tools, and maintaining a safe environment. Report injuries immediately with an Incident Report sent to the Director of Maintenance and HR for timely claims processing. • Basic Functions: Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, pest management, appliance repair, electrical wiring, groundskeeping (including sprinkler systems), and maintenance of tools and equipment. Work independently, focusing on timely completion of tasks. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies concerning fueling equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and maintaining gasoline dispensers and related systems. Provide preventive maintenance and testing of fuel systems, including changing nozzles, hoses, filters, and circuit boards. • Image: Develop and maintain a professional image supporting the company's reputation through actions and words. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, including EPA, OSHA, state Weights and Measures, and fuel regulations. Requirements: • Stand for 8-10 hours on a hard surface floor to perform all duties. • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds up to 3 feet high without assistance. • Lift items onto a dolly and maneuver it into position. • Work in various weather conditions. • Push/pull and maneuver cleaning tools, power washers, pallet jacks, or dollies. • Tolerate chemicals such as gasoline and cleaning agents. • Maintain balance and climb up to 8 feet on a step ladder. • Bend, twist, reach for repairs. • Handle various shapes, sizes, and textures, including tools, wiring, and fasteners. • Use fingers bilaterally for loading/unloading and operating equipment; unilaterally for keypad operations. • Have corrected hearing to understand supervision, customer needs, and environmental cues. • Have corrected vision to perceive surroundings, identify wiring colors, and operate tools and gauges. • Work around odors, dust, fumes, and extreme temperatures. • Perform repetitive tasks with dexterity, using tools safely. • Use safety equipment properly when operating machinery. • Maintain composure and respond calmly in stressful or emergency situations. • Identify hazards promptly and report or address them immediately. • Be free from impairment due to drugs, alcohol, or other substances affecting safety and performance. • React quickly and appropriately to emergencies such as fires, spills, or security threats.#J-18808-Ljbffr
