Essential Skills • Experience with Fanuc and ABB robots, PLCs, pneumatics, electrical systems, and robotics. • 3 years of experience in reading and interpreting electric prints and maintenance electric experience. • Knowledge of 24V control wiring, 3 phase 480V wiring and troubleshooting, AC and DC motors. • Understanding of 480V distribution systems, including busway, disconnects, and power transformers. • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic prints and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including valves, cylinders, and pressure switches. • Knowledge of pneumatic systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyor belts, transmission chains, sprockets, pulleys, press brakes, stamping presses, and lamination. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma required. • 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience. • Primary skillset should include mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical competencies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable. But they work a lot of OT, regardless, so you will likely be working more than just the scheduled days each week.
