Mason Tender Job Description Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Masons & Mason Tenders to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist masons in various tasks related to masonry work, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Mason: Qualified in all aspects of masonry including blueprints. • Assist masons in preparing and mixing mortar, concrete, and other materials as needed. • Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and other temporary structures. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. • Support the installation of masonry units such as bricks, blocks, and stones under the guidance of experienced masons. • Operate power tools safely and effectively as required for masonry tasks. Skills • Proficiency in using power tools relevant to masonry work. • Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications. • Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials. • Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site. • Willingness to learn new skills related to renovation projects.
