Job Description As a Construction Cement Mason Finisher you will be responsible for placing and finishing concrete slabs including screeding, rodding, bull floating, edging, darbying, setting forms, and operating power troweling machines. Some of the key items you will need to do on a daily basis will be: • Setting screeds; rodding: mucking, grading, shaping, smoothing and finishing the surfaces of freshly poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, curbs, steps, stairways, extruded barrier rails, or any other concrete surface requiring finishing; using hand-tools, including floats, trowels, screeds and straightedge. • Removal of rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, using grinder or chisel and hammer; patching holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound preparatory to sealing; molding expansion joints and edges, using edging tools, jointers and straightedge; cutting joints with concrete saw for the control of cracks in buildings and continuous to buildings. • Application of curing compounds, penetrating sealer and primer protective coatings to concrete traffic barriers, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks for the first 24 hours after pouring; the installation of seamless composition floors; the water-blasting for architectural finish or preparatory to patching. • Measuring, cutting and setting of all forms; setting of barrier, wall, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk forms. All clean-up work required in connection with the above work Qualifications The qualifications you need to have for this role are: • Have Union membership • Be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions • Be comfortable working with tools to include but not be limited to: power troweling machine, finishing tools, bull floats, hand floats, hand trowels, muck rake, wheelbarrow, shovel, brushes, sliders, hammer, level, tape measure, and sprayer. • Have safety focused mindset The salary range for this position is between $21 and $65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Job Description As a Construction Laborer you will use hands to lift, pull or carry heavy objects such as lumber, wall section or glue lam beams, or structural steel columns or beams. Civil Construction Superintendent

Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent IMCO Construction Washington and/or Idaho About the Position We are seeking a candidate who is a strong leader and professional communicator, who will carry out company policies, values, and be willing to work in team settings to deliver complex construction projects. This position will oversee the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed following design, safety, budget, and schedule while meeting contractual requirements. The Superintendent is responsible for all fieldwork required for the project and understands that safety is of the utmost importance to IMCO. The Superintendent is the primary line of defense in planning and assuring workers’ safety. Leads the Assistant Super, Foreman, and safety personnel, including mentoring, training, and coaching. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience in both public and private sectors. This person will be required to adhere to company policies and values and thrive working in a team setting. Responsibilities • Provide supervision of all craft workers, managing safety, quality, productivity, and project schedule requirements. • Provide supervision and mentorship for Assistant Superintendents and Foremen to provide advancement opportunities and new challenges for subordinate career growth. • Assist in developing project baseline schedules and regular updates in coordination with the Field/Project Engineer(s). • Drive the project schedule in the field and coordinate with IMCO craft to ensure the schedule is achieved. • Interface with field supervision at all levels for Subcontractors working on the project, including ensuring strict adherence to IMCO’s safety program and culture as well as schedule requirements. • Lead weekly mass safety meetings, daily toolbox talks, and JHA reviews throughout the shift when conditions or tasks change. • Develop and maintain craft, material, and equipment requirement schedules to ensure efficient and effective field operations. • Attend daily/weekly meetings as required by the project for cost and production tracking and analysis. • Attend Owner meetings as required by the project/project team. • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or company security operations for the protection of people and property. Basic Qualifications • 10+ years managing field operations, including self-performed civil scopes of work as a Project Superintendent. • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead craft teams. • HCSS HeavyJob experience for time and quantity tracking. • Strong understanding of crane work as well as WA and ID State crane rules/regulations. • Driving a company truck is required for this position.
