We are a small family owed construction company who specializes in the installation and teardown of modular and or residential mobile homes. We are seeking a full time Construction Labor to join our team as soon as possible. You will be assisting with mobile building installations and or relocations. You will be working on construction sites as a carpenter or laborer using various power tools and other construction equipment that is essential to completing the project. This role is physically demanding. You will be outside working in the elements regardless of the weather. You must have the physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands and other members of the team. You must be good with collaboration and following instructions and more important safety rules. All are necessary to be successful in this position. Job Description: Hours: Monday through Friday. Floating start/stop times to meet customer schedule. Some out of area work locations requiring overnight stays. Saturday/overtime work may also be required Install mobile/modular buildings, block and level, concrete blocking, and pony wall foundations. Assemble decks, porches, ramps and steps, trusses, sheathing, roofing, and gables as needed. Mobile office skirting and framing Follow safety measures for setting and working with mobile/modular buildings. Complete time sheets daily and accurately. Load and unload truck with job materials. Keep job site clean and organized. Must be punctual and reliable Skills/Qualifications: • Carpentry and construction experience • General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care • Strong Customer service skills • OSHA 10 & 30 Certifications a plus • Ability to work with a team and be a self-starter • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (highly recommended) • Set-up and knockdown with mobile/modular building experience preferred.
