Construction Manager

June 28, 2024 Location:Tri Cities, WA Job Title: Construction Project Manager Wage: $100k-120k The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of Apollo Solutions Group projects, including but not limited to: • Track and forecast project-level financials and report to leadership at regular intervals utilizing company financial reporting system • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors with ASG Site Supervisors and the client. • Help the project development team develop the scope of work and the guaranteed maximum construction costs through site reviews, estimating and risk review participation. • Produce and manage project CPM schedules • Client change order management: assemble estimates, change order proposals and negotiate with client. • Manage subcontractors and vendors through effective communication, subcontract scope and change management. Negotiate subcontracts • Document and keep record of all critical project communications • Attend, lead and document project meetings • Mentor assigned staff • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and prospects of future opportunities Skills and Qualifications • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Display sound judgement, diplomacy and tact • Financial aptitude • Technical skills: interpret drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
