Budgeting & Financial Oversight • Approve project budgets, schedules, and estimates; monitor cost performance and profitability. • Work closely with finance and estimating departments to validate pricing, cost-to-complete, and change orders. • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive controls and early problem detection. Contract Management & Compliance • Interpret and enforce contractual requirements, change orders, and modifications per federal contracting rules. • Ensure all required documentation (RFI, submittals, schedules, daily reports) meets agency expectations and contract obligations. • Serve as the company’s primary point of escalation for contract disputes, claims, or enforcement actions. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record managing federal construction contracts (Single-award, IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, MACC, or design-build). • Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, EM 385-1-1, and federal construction quality/safety programs. • Experience with RMS 3.0, QCS, Procore, or equivalent PM software. • Strong understanding of schedule management tools (e.g., P6 or MS Project). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client interaction.
