Theory Construction is a local construction company based in Tacoma and owned by Theory Real Estate. We are working to transform properties, revitalize neighborhoods, and create beautiful spaces where people can live, work, and play. We’re looking to grow our construction team with hard workers at all experience levels within our property maintenance, home-flipping, and client project teams. We are looking for the following skillsets: • Framing, Drywall, and Painting • Installing trim, doors, windows, & cabinets • Tile work & flooring • Siding, roofs, & gutters • Basic construction knowledge in electrical/plumbing • Other general construction REQUIREMENTS • Strong work ethic & GRIT • Positive “can-do” attitude • Coachable • Reliable • Detail-oriented and efficient with all tasks • Honest & trustworthy • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds • Must be able to crawl in attics and underneath houses • Must have valid Washington state drivers license and reliable vehicle • General tools to complete jobs • Ability to read a tape measure • Spanish speaking abilities are a BIG plus, but not 100% necessary COMPENSATION • $23-25/hour (paid biweekly) • This position is eligible to participate in Theory’s health insurance.
