Job Description and Requirements: • Perform setup/teardowns and operations on a range of machines: CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS, CNC 4-Axis, • Receive on the job training and mentoring on Pentair’s proven best practices. • Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary. • Produce quality parts to specification which may include deburring and cleaning parts. • Perform quality checks as required, including first piece inspection. • Perform work productively according to established standard rates. • Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience doing the tasks listed above. • Must be able to read Blueprints and GD&T • https://youtu.be/UDLsxuQytM0 Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): • 1st:  7:00am – 3:30pm • 2nd:  3:30pm – 12:00am • 3rd:  11:00pm – 7:00am • You must be able to work all 3 shifts because of union bidding. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Compensation: The set hourly pay for this role is: $27.62/hr. (Our lift limit is 65lbs) • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen • Focus on safety and quality production • Basic computer knowledge • Strong communication skills • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Physical Work and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Team members in this role are exposed to seasonal temperature/humidity changes that can be near 100 degrees Fahrenheit. In this role, you will operate and work with various equipment to make our pump castings in the foundry and help maximize production and quality of Pentair products.
