Job Description and Requirements: • Perform setup/teardowns and operations on a range of machines: CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS, CNC 4-Axis, • Receive on the job training and mentoring on Pentair’s proven best practices. • Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary. • Produce quality parts to specification which may include deburring and cleaning parts. • Perform quality checks as required, including first piece inspection. • Perform work productively according to established standard rates. • Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience doing the tasks listed above. • Must be able to read Blueprints and GD&T • https://youtu.be/UDLsxuQytM0 Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): • 1st: 7:00am – 3pm • 2nd: 3pm – 11pm • 3rd: 11:00pm – 7:00am • You must be able to work all 3 shifts because of union bidding. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Compensation: The set hourly pay for this role is: $27.62/hr.
