CNC Machinist/Setup

Now hiring a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAM programming, and the ability to create and edit CNC programs to optimize machining processes. We are offering a full-time position on day shift. CNC Operator Responsibilities: • Operating and programming a vertical turret lathe. • Creating and editing CNC programs using CAM programming. • Setting up and maintaining the vertical turret lathe • Troubleshooting and making adjustments to CNC programs as necessary • Following safety protocols at all times. • Solidworks and AutoCAD is a plus CNC Operator Requirements: • 3+ years of experience operating and programming • Strong understanding of G and M codes • Experience with setting up and maintaining the vertical turret lathe • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment CNC Operator Compensation: • Health, Dental, vision & Supplemental Insurance • Paid Vacations • Paid Holidays • 401K Retirement plan with company match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person

Machinist

Machinist to operate large CNC vertical boring mill (VBM) for our Copley Service Center operations. • Sets up and operates large CNC vertical turning lathe • Cleans and deburrs job as necessary • Performs final inspection of features using precision measuring equipment • Attaches seals and protective covers as required • Must have a working knowledge of proper machine operation • Operates crane or assists with the rigging and moving of large parts as required • Cleans and lubricates machine • Notifies supervisor of needed machine maintenance • Cleans own work area • Verifies identity of material/jobs • Maintains necessary records and completes process documentation and any other production and inspection records as required • Works from drawings, sketches, process sheets, and other forms of verbal and written communication • Work performed must conform to all customer, code, and quality control requirements • Works in accordance with all applicable company procedures, policies, and rules • Perform other duties as assigned • Fork lift truck and crane experience • Ability to read basic drawings and bills of material • MUST have valid driver’s license
