**Job Title: CNC Operator** • *Job Description** This role involves operating CNC machinery with precision and expertise, utilizing your experience in CNC operation. **This role requires at least 2 years' experience running horizontal or vertical mills.** • *Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines. + Perform machine setup, including tooling selection and machine fixtures. + Conduct inspections and utilize metrology tools to ensure quality control. + Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T standards. + Perform routine CNC maintenance. + Lift up to 50+ lbs as part of machine operation duties. • *Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in CNC operating. + Experience running horizontal or vertical mills. + Experience in machine setup and tooling selection. + Knowledge of inspection and metrology techniques. + Ability to read blueprints and GD&T standards. • *Work Environment** Our facility provides a clean and climate-controlled environment ensuring comfort and safety. Personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe shoes are required. The position operates on a 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6 am to 4 pm, with occasional flexibility. • *Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
