ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Operates machines, such as presses in molding area, according to machine (product) standard. • Works at different workstations as production needs require. • Works on line where tasks vary, as parts of various sizes and shapes move along the line. • Checks all finished parts for any possible defects (including grease, flash, punctures, and other defects). • Packs all parts which are of good quality into boxes, in preparation for sealing and shipping. • Notifies Lead Person, Mold Technician and/or Production Supervisor whenever items produced do not meet quality requirements, or if machinery need repair. • Wears all required personal protective equipment. • Assists in the training of new operators as needed. • Maintains housekeeping of work areas. • Other duties as assigned.
