In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting precision components using CNC machinery, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in machine operation and programming will directly contribute to our production goals. Responsibilities • Set up CNC machines to meet production needs. • Interpret complex blueprints to produce parts. • Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. • Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure continuous operation. • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications. • Collaborate with team members to resolve production challenges and optimize processes. • Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Preferred Skills • Experience with CNC machines such as Swiss, Lathe, Milling, Willemin, and Tsugami, both manual and automated. • Familiarity with CNC Tooling, Programming, Repair, and Installation. • Experience with ISO 9001 Certification, Deburring, and Tool/Die/Mold Setup.
