CNC Production Specialist

About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented CNC Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting precision components using CNC machinery, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in machine operation and programming will directly contribute to our production goals. Responsibilities • Set up CNC machines to meet production needs. • Interpret complex blueprints to produce parts. • Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. • Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure continuous operation. • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications. • Collaborate with team members to resolve production challenges and optimize processes. • Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Required Skills • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in machining is a plus. • Demonstrated experience operating CNC machines. • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machine setup. • Experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Preferred Skills • Experience with CNC machines such as Swiss, Lathe, Milling, Willemin, and Tsugami, both manual and automated. • Familiarity with CNC Tooling, Programming, Repair, and Installation. • Experience with ISO 9001 Certification, Deburring, and Tool/Die/Mold Setup. CNC Machinist

We are seeking advanced CNC machinists and CNC machine operators, set & programmers. Duties and Responsibilities: • CNC Vertical mill center set up, operation & programming adjustment, of CNC Mills • Conduct 1st off and regular QC inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards • Plan machining time by reviewing work orders, prints, engineering plans, and material specifications. • Oversee/operate multiple machines • Set-up and break-down of machining centers • Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled and maintain fluid levels • Notify supervisors if there are any problems with the machine. • Train and oversee machine operators • Work with engineers and management to achieve, to spec, quality parts • Responding to quick turnaround orders • Perform related duties, as assigned. • Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment. • Ability to use Micrometer, calipers & measuring tools • Must be familiar with stainless steel • Have knowledge other shop equipment such as manual mills, saws, sanders, drills, etc. • Ability to lift 50lbs Company DescriptionWe are one of the top staffing companies in the U.S. and Canada. 900+ franchises nationwide in the US & Canada.
