About the Role Innovative Carpentry is seeking a CNC Operator to join our growing team. This is an in-person position starting as a part-time role at an hourly contracted rate, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position with benefits. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in transforming raw materials into beautifully crafted pieces with precision and care. Experience with Cabinet Vision and EnRoute software is a strong plus. The start date is ASAP. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and shape wood and other materials with precision. • Read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure alignment with client specifications. • Select appropriate tools, calibrate machine settings, and perform test runs to ensure accurate production. • Monitor the production process and inspect finished products to maintain high-quality standards. • Conduct routine maintenance on machines and adhere to all safety protocols. • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain a seamless workflow.
