About the Role Innovative Carpentry is seeking a CNC Operator to join our growing team. This is an in-person position starting as a part-time role at an hourly contracted rate, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position with benefits. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in transforming raw materials into beautifully crafted pieces with precision and care. Experience with Cabinet Vision and EnRoute software is a strong plus.
