Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities: This is an entry level position in the department. The operator is an essential person in preparing and maintain the computer numerical control (CNC) machine to produce machined parts. Help maintain a safe, clean environment and prepare the machine to effectively run with minimal downtime. This person may work a first shift or possible a staggered second shift. Responsibities include: • Confirm job order procedures and instructions relating to machine operations. • Set up and operate CNC Machines and/or production equipment; strictly following instructions, job specifications and blueprints. • Read blueprints accurately to properly set up machinery. • Operate hand tools as necessary to set up tools in the correct machine. • Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions. • Identify and stamp parts for traceability. • Inspect products per print. • Keep machine clean, perform minor maintenance as needed, and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel. • Other duties as assigned Education - Experience: • High school diploma or Equivalent • Experience in manufacturing environment, preferable 12 years in a machining department Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs: • Good written and verbal communication • Detail oriented, team player • Can follow multistep instruction • Quality mindset • Mechanical aptitude ____________________________________________________________________ Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Robot Manufacturing Technician (CNC Robotics, 7-Axis Milling)

We are seeking an experienced Robot Manufacturing Technician specializing in CNC robotics and 7-axis milling using robotic arms. The primary focus of this role is rapid prototyping and fine art fabrication, utilizing Kuka Titan robotic systems to deliver precision, creativity, and efficiency. Proficiency in PowerMill, RoboDK, and Rhino for 5-axis and 7-axis milling and a strong background in 3D modeling are essential.
