DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, or hones machining equipment, to produce parts to required specifications. • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. • Prioritize components for repairs to ensure on-time delivery requirements are met. • Perform quality checks on parts using precision measuring tools and equipment. • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and/or hones machining equipment as needed. • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of all tools and proper use of equipment within the assigned area of responsibility. • Document maintenance records of all repair work orders performed. • Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to ensure all parts meet strict aerospace standards. • Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). • 2-3 years of relevant/technical work experience. • Flexible to changing workloads/priorities based on customer requirements. • Maintain an orderly and productive work environment. • Ability to function in fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality. • Basic computer operating skills (Microsoft Word). PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of work experience • 1 year of machinist experience. OTHER: • The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
