CNC Machinists $30-$40 per hour

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist and/or Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts. Responsibilities - Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. - Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining operations - Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments - Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes - Assemble machined parts into finished products Experience - Proficiency in CAM programming for CNC machines - Hands-on experience with CAD software, such as SolidWorks - Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools - Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for quality control purposes - Knowledge of tooling selection and setup for different machining operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Attendance bonus • Bonus opportunities • Differential pay • Overtime pay • Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Day shift Supplemental Pay: • Attendance bonus • Overtime pay Work Location: In person

CNC MACHINISTS

We are currently seeking seasoned CNC Machinists for 1st & 2nd shifts to operate a large capacity 3-axis mill with an indexable head. The position requires experience working with a wide variety of steel grades and aluminum. Must have experience holding tolerance ranges from +/- .005 to +/- .0002. Most work is custom and every job is unique. Prior experience creating and editing programs at the controls is required to apply. Applicants should already have a good supply of their own tools. PGI Steel machinists are responsible for machining materials to customer’s specifications via a provided program. All applicants are required to pass a Machinist Aptitude and Math Test. Programming experience in solid models is a plus but not required. We offer an excellent benefit package including but not limited to health, dental, vision, PTO, paid maternity/paternity leave as well as 401k match and profit sharing.
