Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Coating Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, utilizing various tools and techniques to ensure high-quality production. This position requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a 2nd Shift position, Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm. Responsibilities • Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. • Operate machinery to apply coating on fabric. • Ability to push, pull, and or lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to follow work instructions & customer specification sheets, possess basic computer skills, maintain legible handwriting skills, meet schedules and timelines. • Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the workspace. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity.
