Job Description The employee would be responsible for creating computer programs that instruct a CNC lathe machine to precisely cut and shape metal parts by interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, translating them into G-code instructions (No CAM), setting up the machine with the correct tools and parameters, and ensuring the customer's parts meet required specifications through testing and adjustments.
