Job Title: CNC Machining Operator Location: Gadsden, AL Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM What's the Job? • Set up and operate CNC and manual lathe machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings. • Load raw materials and tooling into machines, monitoring operations for accuracy and efficiency. • Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal performance. • Adjust machine settings to enhance productivity and product quality. CNC LATHE Programmer Job Description $25.00HR Mon-Thurs: 6:00am-4:30pm Fri: 6:00am-2:30pm Sat: 6:00am-12:00pm CNC Lathe Programmer: The employee would be responsible for creating computer programs that instruct a CNC lathe machine to precisely cut and shape metal parts by interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, translating them into G-code instructions (No CAM), setting up the machine with the correct tools and parameters, and ensuring the customer's parts meet required specifications through testing and adjustments.
